Today's rehearsal at VCH and practice in school was pretty awesome. I'm begining to get back my confidence on the coming SYF. I wouldn't say I was extremely shock, since this should be the standard of the choir it should have been isn't it? That's what the BBSS Choir is made of, isn't it?! Maybe, that sounded abit high up in the skies. Never mind me.

However, all the more we should not slackened and be complacent about the whole competetion. It was pretty surprising that some of the Sec 3's are allowed to return and join the team once again. However, sadening that not all are allowed.

For those that won't be able to, they lost the one and only chance I guess. I sincerely hope you guys out there will not forsake and give up choir. There are still many other performances that the choir is gonna be involve after the SYF. For example, the coming AAC.

I just love my two extremely interesting teachers, Mrs Goh and Ms Lau. They are darn humourous and funny, Mrs Goh is also exceptionally motherly too. I have never seen teachers like the two.

Math lessons are never boring with Mrs Goh teaching, there are always short moments of humour by Mrs Goh to liven up the atmostphere and destress ourselves. Ms Lau is also rather interesting and funny too. She always have alot of tales to share in the lessons. This makes the lesson interesting and it never fails to ease the dull and boring atmostphere.

Enough about me I suppose, moving on, here comes more articles!

Arctic meltdown is a threat to humanity

* 25 March 2009 by Fred Pearce

I AM shocked, truly shocked," says Katey Walter, an ecologist at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks. "I was in Siberia a few weeks ago, and I am now just back in from the field in Alaska. The permafrost is melting fast all over the Arctic, lakes are forming everywhere and methane is bubbling up out of them."

Déjà vu: Where fact meets fantasy

* 25 March 2009 by Helen Phillips

Mr P, an 80-year-old Polish émigré and former engineer, knew he had memory problems, but it was his wife who described it as a permanent sense of déjà vu. He refused to watch TV or read a newspaper, as he claimed to have seen everything before. When he went out walking he said the same birds sang in the same trees and the same cars drove past at the same time every day. His doctor said he should see a memory specialist, but Mr P refused. He was convinced that he had already been.
