Had went out in the afternoon. Had lunch together with the rest of the choir boys. Shaun and Zheng Yang joined in with us too. Met up with the rest at Bukit Batok MRT Station. Was very on time, as I arrived around 5 minutes before 12pm, which is the arranged meeting time by Roy. Jermyn and Jing Wen arrived early than me. And the others were slowly coming in.
Had lunch at Koufu, which turned bad. I decided to eat Mixed Vegetables Rice and choose some stupid fish that turns out to cost like $2. Totally regretted for not just taking Curry Chicken, which I had wanted. Argh.
Then after lunch we walked our way to Roy's place. Which was pretty near the school. Took us like 20minutes before we reached.
Started with deciding on a song to be sung on Sec 1 Orientation. We decided to do More Than Words in the end, my suggestion. cause it is pretty popular and would be familiar to the Sec 1's we felt. So this was our choice. After that we did practice on White Horses, which was done pretty well. After that I did a SHORT solo performance of More Than Words, which caused some problems among the boys. Erm, not to be mention. Anyway what has happened is all over. New beginning. I'm sure things will be better after what happened just now. The Boys are gonna be alot tougher!
We also went to play basketball after that. As usual, the ones with me in the team is the winning team. No surprise as they are new to the game. I can't have boys thinking that Choir is a sissy CCA. So I guess by teaching them how to play basketball at least properly would allow Choir to have a better image. Hopefully the boys learnt something from me in the game. And of course that they all learn something from the practice early on this afternoon.
So I'm now gonna put up the video that was badly taken by Jing Wen of me singing More Than Words solo. Pretty bad quality but still not bad I guess? He only managed to video it in the middle of my singing, then it ended bad.
