what a day i must say
went to Hai Sing Catholic School
for the,
"Launch of Junior REACH Ambassadors Programme
cum Student Forum"
where Dr Vivian Balakrishnan was the G.O.H
and the Chairman of REACH Dr Amy Khor

well there were many schools there,
15 out of all the schools in singapore
our school was one of the lucky ones
to be involved in the first round of the programme
Ruth, Jia Zhe, Zhi Ting, Yi Ren and this girl,
whom i'm said to say i can't remember her name,
are the representative as our school's JRA.
I was one of the shortlisted 8 before it came to this 5
but sadly werent shortlisted to join them
skipping the introduction
i shall go into what happen just now...

first of all, the speakers were good
i had my deep impression of the girl called Melissa Yeo if not wrong
from some JC, who is a JRA too
who was on stage to share her thoughs on being a JRA.
she really spoke very well and communicated very well
with actions and was pretty friendly from her speech

then next came the main item
where we had the Student Forum.
this is a chance to ask questions regarding Singapore
and foward this questions to the Minister himself
where he'll answer to it
the Minister kept saying that it important to be frank
be frank of what you wanna say
and he'll be frank to you too
only 1 out of around 6 of those who came foward to ask questions
was from the Student Participant
and i totally regret not taking the initiative to ask the question i wanna ask
i really regret...
Zhi Ting did us proud by walking up to ask a very good question
regarding those of the unstable income
the question was really well asked and the Minister also felt so.

oh ya, this was the news of the day i suppose
Its that, the Minister is actually once a student of Mrs Kee
we were all like shocked can
and the Minister was telling us,
"If you ask Mrs Kee, she'd tell you that i aint a model student..."
we laughed at the remarked
well, is true the fact that people change in time
"a student who 'tops' last in the cohort
could just be standing on stage pretending to be Minister..."
as quoted by the Minister.

it was really a great experience for me...


you know what?
you're the the one with the attitude problem.
hear that loud and clear~!
and i shant even bother to try enlightening you of your mistakes...
